Pool Rules

The pool at Port of Egypt Marine is licensed and operated in accordance with the Suffolk County Department of Health.  Any violation of RULES & REGULATIONS may result in loss of membership or revocation of Guest Passes.  No refunds will be given.  

1.   There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

2.   Use of pool and gated pool area is limited to posted hours of operation.

3.   Sign in upon arrival is required and all Pool Rules must be followed.

4.   NO DIVING ALLOWED.

5.   NO SWIMMING ALONE.  A minimum of two adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever the facility is in use.

6.   The following are PROHIBITED in the pool and gated pool area:
      INFLATABLES & NOODLES/PETS/SMOKING/GLASS BOTTLES & CONTAINERS

7.   Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older who is responsible for the minors and their behavior.

8. If pool capacity allows, guest passes may be purchased for $25 each with a limit of 2 guest passes per day. Member must accompany guests. 

      IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY THE POOL OPERATOR AND CONTACT HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
