Entries accepted: March 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. EST and March 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. EST. (“Entry Period”).
No entry fee.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entrants must:

Complete and submit Demo Days Raffle Entry Form. Incomplete or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.
Agree to be added to Sponsor’s email subscriber list
Take a demo boat ride between Friday, March 17, 2023 at 9 a.m. and Sunday, March 26, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. EST.

One-night hotel
Guided tour of Grady-White Factory

NOT INCLUDED IN PRIZE:

Transportation to NY airport

Eligibility:

Raffle is open to legal residents of the U.S. age 21 or older. Employees of Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in Raffle.

Participation in Raffle constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations ("Official Rules"). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted.

Notification of Winners: Winner will be notified on April 3, 2023 by email & phone. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within 5 business days, prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be randomly selected from remaining valid, eligible entries.

Sponsors will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party.

Terms & Conditions:

Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules. By participating and winning a prize, Winner releases Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the promotion/contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the promotion/contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Raffle; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion/contest.

Sponsor’s decisions in all respects relative to the Raffle are final. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Raffle is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state, provincial and local regulations apply.

Additional Conditions:

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, winning entry and statements attributed to Winner (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Raffle is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, entrants confirm they agree to both Instagram and Facebook terms of use and release both Instagram and Facebook of any and all responsibility.

Sponsor has full discretion to choose hotel (1 room only) & New York (JFK, Laguardia & MacArthur) airport for prize.
