How do I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Rooms may be booked on Expedia.com or by calling 631-765-5121. Please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you need assistance with your online booking. 


What time is check-in?

Check-in is at 3PM.  Early check in is offered based on availability. Please inquire at the front desk.  If your room is not ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to use the premises (pool, waterfront lobby seating) until your room is prepared.   


What time is check-out? Are late check-outs permitted?

Check-out is at 11AM. Late check-outs may be arranged based on availability for an additional charge. Please inquire at the front desk.

IS your hotel pet friendly?

We do not have pet-friendly rooms available at this time. There are two businesses that provide boarding services -- Harbor Pet and Dogtown. 


What will be in my suite?

All suites have hair dryers, a coffee pot, basic flatware and dishes. Irons are available upon request. If you are in a suite with an oven and plan to cook, please bring pots, pans and necessary utensils. See our Rooms & Rates page for more details.


WHAT COULD WE DO DURING OUR VISIT?

  • Relax on our deck or in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the bird sanctuary and Southold Bay.
  • Swim in our solar-heated pool. (seasonal)

  • Savor a seafood dinner at A Lure Chowderhouse & Oysteria.

If you want to explore the North Fork, we are centrally located in the heart of Long Island Wine County. Our hotel is a few minutes west of Greenport, a historic, waterfront village offering entertainment, shopping, several dining options and more.
