Dockage

Port of Egypt welcomes transient and year round dockage customers.  We offer single loaded slips overlooking the Peconic Bay and have everything a boater needs including: gas & diesel fuel, pump out facilities, water, electric, ice, showers, and a full service team.  We also have many amenities such as a solar heated pool, BBQ and gazebo, playground, fish market, restaurant, bike & kayak rentals, and Hertz car rental.  All dockage rates include use of our property amenities.  Seasonal dockage customers also receive a VIP card with discounts to our on-site businesses.  Heron Suites is located on the property and offers well-appointed and modernized suites for those not interested in sleeping on their boats. 

Dockage Rates:

Seasonal Dockage:

Sections 100-400: $120/ft or a minimum of $3300

Sections 500, 600, 700, 900 and 1000: $130/ft or a minimum of $4400

Monthly Dockage: For the prime months of July and August, the outside slips are $1500 and the inside slips are $1200. The other months are $1000, inside or outside.

Transient Dockage: $3.50/ft. or a minimum of $90/night (electric: $25/night additional)

Cancelations a week or less in advance will incur a $25 processing fee, cancelations 24 hours or less will incur a 1 night transient fee. If you cancel due to weather, the above policy will apply unless you re-book for another night.   

Short Stay:  When docking here to visit an attraction not on our property, please pull in to our fuel dock and come in to the office and we will direct you to an empty slip. The fee is $25 for up to four hours. Additional fees apply for extended stays .

Restaurant Docking:

A Lure has designated docking slips in our East Canal. Look for their sign just past the Eagle's Neck Paddling shop. on the water.  If the canal is full please pull in at the gas docks and we will direct you to an empty slip.
